Welcome to Louise's Therapy Sanctuary

Louise’s Therapy Sanctuary is a calm, compassionate space created for those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard. We offer professional therapeutic support in an environment that feels safe, respectful, and free from judgement.

Our approach is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. We work with children, young people, and adults who are navigating mental health difficulties, trauma, neurodiversity, addiction, and challenging life patterns. Every individual is supported at their own pace, with care that is tailored to their unique needs and experiences.

At Louise’s Therapy Sanctuary, we believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or someone you care about, you will be met with understanding, patience, and genuine compassion.

This is a place to pause, feel supported, and begin moving forward — one step at a time.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely recognized and effective form of therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. At Therapy with Louise Walsh, we utilize CBT to help individuals address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic Therapy explores the influence of the unconscious mind on behaviors and emotions. Our experienced practitioner at Therapy with Louise Walsh guides individuals through this therapeutic approach to gain insight into their inner conflicts and develop healthier coping strategies.

POOL

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) combines mindfulness techniques with cognitive therapy to help individuals manage stress, enhance self-awareness, and prevent relapse into depression. Our practice integrates MBCT as part of our holistic approach to mental well-being.

GYM

At Therapy with Louise Walsh, we specialize in supporting both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals. With extensive experience in autism and working with diverse neurological profiles, our practice is committed to providing inclusive and understanding therapy for all.
